Question 1

What sizes do the cards come in?

Accepted Answer

Standard 5" × 7", Post Card 4" × 6", Tanvis Special 7" × 7", Large 6" × 9". Wallet Cards are 2.5" × 3.5".

Question 2

What can I personalise?

Accepted Answer

The front of every card is fixed. Inside, you can change the message and pick one of five fonts, add a place and a date, and add an optional QR code that opens your photos when scanned. The back of the card carries the Tanvis logo only. There is no envelope choice. Wallet Cards have a blank white inside tile you can type on, or leave empty to write by hand.

Question 3

How many photos can the QR hold, and for how long?

Accepted Answer

Up to 4 photos per card. The page behind the QR stays available for 400 days from the day you buy, so a card bought ahead of a birthday can still be revisited on the next one.
